		<description>Well, if you&#039;re like the overwhelming majority of ad-supported bloggers and &quot;new content&quot; sites, you&#039;re a Google AdSense publisher and impressions don&#039;t mean a thing, so users that block them aren&#039;t costing you a dime -- assuming they had no intention of actually clicking on them.

I for one have only ever clicked a Google ad accidentally and I doubt that my occasional accident is really adding to that publisher&#039;s bottom line.  So, for someone like me who would never intentionally click on one of those Google ads, removing them makes the website a more pleasant experience for me and makes me  more likely to link to them or otherwise help increase their site&#039;s traffic - something that could add significantly to that publisher&#039;s bottom line.

Nothing is so cut and dried as we&#039;d like :-)
